1.open www.paypal.com. 

2.click on "Sign Up for free" button 

3. on next window there are two options such as business account and individual  account .here i selected the option  Individual  account  and click on next  button 

4. on next window  Enter  your email  address  and preffered password  and click on next  button

5. Fill your personal  details  on a form appeared . and click  on "agree and create"  button 

6. on next  window , enter your  credit /debit card  details . and click on"link card" button 

7. your paypaL account is created. you need to confirm the entered details  such as mail id, mobile number..etc. for that click their link on dashboard  and confirm  each details
